We are faithful to the old adage which has become our motto : "to make good wine, you need good grapes"
That is the reason why we particularly care about the work which is carried out on our vines.
Wire trellising, close pruning, disbudding and green harvesting all related to the climate conditions of our region are key devices which allow us to get the best out of what the grape can offer.
Our farming practices are of a high quality along with a concern for the environment.
