The Domaine
Bathed in the sun of Provence...
Located in Caromb right between the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, the property has been handed down over several generations and stretches out over 20 hectares.
The grape varieties which are grown into the Rhône valley and adapted to our terroir such as grenache, mourvèdre, syrah or carignan allow the creation of complex wines with a unique expression.
The Clos Fayard
This 2.5 hectare plot of land adjoining the cellar is completely surrounded with low stony walls.
The grapes here are bursting with sunshine and when coming to an optimal maturity they will be hand-picked in order to create a high quality wine, in a limited quantity.
